Return Process

1. Contact us at info@vspro.ca to initiate a return or exchange request.
2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
3. Ship the item in its original condition, including all parts and packaging.
4. After inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in working condition, free of damage, odors, or signs of use, and include all original parts and packaging.
• Special orders and electrical repair parts are non-returnable. Customers will be informed at the time of purchase.
• Products used with hazardous materials are not eligible for return.
